Veggie Hummus Wraps GF, DF, V
This is my go to easy lunch! It is packed with vegetables and is filling and delicious.
Ingredients
1/4 cup of celery chopped
1/4 cup of onion chopped ( I use a yellow onion but red would work as well)
1/2 cup of peppers chopped ( color of your choice)
1/2 cup of hummus
1 wrap (I prefer Siete’s almond flour wraps or Rudi’s gluten free wraps)
Directions:
Smear hummus on wrap and then place chopped vegetables. Roll up and enjoy!
